Kiwi Salsa 🥝

This quick & easy salsa (which uses this week’s food of the week, kiwi) is a mouth-watering addition to just about any chicken, turkey, and fish dish. You’ll love it on fish tacos!

The only prep it takes is dicing the veggies and fruits.

🥝Kiwi Salsa 🥝

(makes 6 servings)

  • 4 kiwis, diced
  • 1 small tomato, diced & seeded
  • ½ yellow bell pepper, seeded & diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Dash of your favorite hot sauce (to taste)

Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Taste and adjust seasonings. DELICIOUS.
