But most experts agree that grounding yourself outdoors by walking barefoot on the earth is the best and easiest way to practice earthing. Plus, being outside in nature has its own set of health benefits that you can’t get while being inside. So get outside, kick off your shoes, and feel the earth beneath your feet!
When working at my desk, I have my feet on a grounding mat, and my computer is on a grounding mat. I also unplug my computer when working on it to minimize the EMF’s running through the computer and, therefore, into me!
